Delete your TerraLoop account

This page explains how to request deletion of your TerraLoop account and the data associated with it. TerraLoop ("we", "us") is a GPS territory-control game published by TerraLoop.

Delete your account yourself (fastest)

You can delete your account instantly, without contacting anyone:

In the app: Profile → Delete account. You'll confirm with your current password, and the deletion happens immediately.
On the web: sign in to the TerraLoop portal, open Profile & account, and use the Delete account section.

Both paths are permanent and take effect immediately — there is no undo. If you lead a team that still has other members, you'll be asked to transfer leadership first so your teammates aren't stranded.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@terraloop.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
Include the username on your account so we can locate it.
We'll reply to confirm the request, then permanently delete your account and associated data without undue delay.

We ask you to email from your account's own address so we can verify the request is really yours before anything is deleted. There is no undo once deletion is processed.

What data is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

Your account details — username, email address, and hashed password.
Your gameplay data — recorded routes, loops, claimed territories, and season points.
Your profile content — profile avatar and any team logo you uploaded.
Team membership records tied to your account.
Your device push-notification token.

What data is kept, and for how long

For fraud prevention and fair play, we retain a limited set of anti-cheat records — rejected or flagged activity submissions and the associated integrity signals — after deletion. These records are de-identified from your account where possible and are retained only as long as needed for anti-cheat moderation, after which they are deleted. We may also retain information where required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

If you only want specific data removed rather than your whole account, email support@terraloop.app from your account's address and tell us what you'd like removed, and we'll help where we can.
